The house is reverse accommodation therefore the living room has a stunning view of Mevagissey valley, this also means there is a steep hill!
The property has just had two new additions, we have added a new balcony and decking area to create even more room for a fantasic holiday!
The front door leads to a sunny conservatory area with seating to relax, there is also space to store shoes etc.
The top floor Dining area has French doors which lead to a large balcony, with lovely morning sun and the cafe style seating you could have a great start with breakfast outside.
The country style kitchen is fitted with a fridge, electric oven and hob unit, dishwasher, microwave, toaster and all the other things you need to make your stay relaxing
and comfortable.

On from the landing the sitting room has a wide window seat with lovely veiws of Mevagissey. It has comfortable seating for guests and includes TV with freeview, DVD player (with a large selection of DVD's, for the whole family!) radio and CD player.

A door leads into garage to store your car and/or any other larger items e.g. bikes, diving gear, walking boots, wet suits etc.

The bathroom has a WC, bidet, handbasin and corner bath (with electric shower above). Also on this floor is a utility complete with washing machine and access to the outside decking area, perfect for a BBQ or for just relaxing in the afternoon sun.
